Is there a way to attach a Oneway rotary adaptor to a Nova DVR lathe?
You may have a couple of options
  1. See the image for my DVR adapter - If you have access to a metal lathe you can turn a fitting that will go into the inside of your adapter and then go into the DVR handwheel
  2. Another possible option is to attache a rubber seal to you current adapter (I'm assuming the OD will fit the ID of the DVR handwheel) thus it would make a seal between your adapter and the DVR handwheel. The possible issue here is that when you turn off the vacuum it will fall off or if the bowl affixed to your adapter on the headstock it will fall off. Thus you might need a third hand to get all the pieces together.
  3. If the OD of the current adapter is very close, but smaller, than the ID of the handwheel turn a ring in the adapter and put an O-ring in it. My assumption is that the O-ring will provide the seal
