AAW Winter 2008 Contest

This is a split turned clock. Made from Walnut with inserts of ebony, basswood, and mahagony. The segmented ring was cut by hand and then turned to fit a hole that was drilled. The pendulum arm was routed out. The words "True beauty cannot be touched by the passing of time" were burned in.
The clock is about 7" tall.
