Blackwood Box

Blackwood Box

Another box from a clarinet bell, with spalted tamarind lid and blackwood finial. I feel like the form is a bit "clunky" and can't put my finger on it so any thoughts would be a big help.

Thanks,

Mark
Bill, Gerald. Thanks very much. The finial is a design that is basically a clone of Keith Burns.

Thanks Doug. I love that wood. Very nice to work and really makes you look good even if you're not.
