This form is 7" in diameter and is made from a piece of a large burl I found in the local wood dump. I did not know what kind of wood it was but someone who is very familiar with Central Valley woods told me it was a mistletoe burl that had grown on a honey locust tree. Sounds good to me! It is sanded to 1200 and wax polished.
