1715 Dyed Curly Maple Form

Curly maple with African blackwood center ring and ebony lip.
8-1/4" diameter X 3" tall and dyed with a mixture of red and yellow dyes.
Finished with General Finishes Wood Turners Finish.
Hi Pete, love your design on your Hollow form and the colors really go together. What finish did you use? Is that Chestnut red stain? Beautiful work indeed, thanks for sharing.

The dye is a mixture of red and yellow dyes and finished with General Finishes Wood Turners Finish. It is an oil infused water based poly finish. I use it a lot on smaller pieces as it dries very quickly.
