cotton_wood_vase_with_leather_lacing

This a deep hollow of cotton wood finished with Danish oil and wet sanded to 2000 for that solf smooth feel. The piece is 13 inches tall and 4 inches wide at the top and tapers down to 2 1/2 inches. With the natural crack in the piece it called for lacing-black leather string. Turned Purple heart button and added brass in the middle. It is also finished with Danish oil and wet sanded.
