Elm Box with Knurled Lid
Ken Grunke

Elm Box with Knurled Lid

2 1/2" diameter x 4 3/4" high, and a knurled lid done using the Serious texturing tool with a coarser wheel than the previous cherry box.
Lid opens/closes with a quarter turn.
Finished with Minwax Helmsman spray urethane varnish.
I like both pieces Ken, but I like the texturing one the best. Maybe because it has some rounded edges between the divots.
