Estate Koa Bowl

Estate Koa Bowl

This curly koa bowl will stay in my private collection. The wood comes from the estate of a dear friend Dennis DeLuze. I had to buy the wood, but I was so glad to have the chance at it. It was by luck and chance that I ended up with this one large piece and dozens of other pen blank size pieces.
The bowl is 11 inches in diameter by 3 1/2 inches high. It is buffed with EEE and finished with Renaissance wax.
