This 9"w x 6.5"h vessel was turned from Coast Live Oak with the pith included in the design -- it has a nice oblong shape.
The design was inspired by Indian pottery.

Nice shape and design on this piece. I really like the subtle shading around the "leaves."
 
-e-, as soon as I saw the thumbnail, I knew this was yours. Beautiful job, once again. I really like what you're doing with these forms and the burning. Keep up the great work!
