Lacewood Bowl

Lacewood Bowl

Lacewood Bowl with a green dyed inside section and outside rim. It's 8" wide X 2" tall. Finished with tung oil and Beall buffed.
Thanks for looking and all comments welcome, Don L.
That is gorgeous Don. The dyed sections really add a nice contrast. Well done.

Hi Hal!
The dye (Artisian, green) was put on with a cloth after the piece was sanded extremely smooth (white 3M pad). It doesn't seep in that much when it's that smooth. Full strength, one coat. Hope that helps and happy turning.
