MicroLam Pot

This 4" tall weed pot was turned from a chunk of MicroLam that was given to my by Jill Biros when I recently dropped off turning material to her. It was a fun experiment with "different" materials. It was too whacky to properly hollow so I just drilled it and put a nice black walnut collar on to clean up the edge and provide a finished look. Shellac wiped on and buffed at the lathe coats the piece.
