Nice piece Mark. Love the way the top and finial topper look like globes. The Segmenting is interesting however It seems to take away from the beautiful spaulting

That's a beautiful composition, Mark. I think the form is excellent, the woods complementary, and the quality of workmanship .excellent.

Thank you very much everybody for your kind remarks. This was really one of the most challenging pieces I've done. I did it as. A segmented wpiece because the only pieces of spalted tamarind that I could get were 3 x 3 x 12.
