Pierced Maple Ornament

Maple Globe/Walnut Finials, Pierced with a Random Design, 2 x 6 h.
I like to keep the piercing toward the center 2/3 of my ornament globes. I think the solid portion of the globe on the top and bottom make a nice frame for the random piercing.

Thank you for the nice compliment Mike. I really enjoy doing these ornaments, even though they take so much time. Look in the near future and you will see a new experiment for me. Real EGG ornaments with turned finials.
