      WOW excellent stuff this is amazing the lacquer is flawless and I love the carving but the thing that sets this off for me is the little glimpse of the red interior!

      Thank you Richard......Do you ever get over to Crief? There is a nice lumber store there, Jean Burhouse I believe it is,I have found things there that we don't have in the states....love your area..

      The vessel is made of cherry,,and the interior is red gesso,looks a lot like the color that the clay pots are made of......also feels a lot like clay.....I also leave them a bit on the heavy side so they feel somewhat like the clay ones.....
