Simulated Native American Pot

I turned, dried and re-turned this sycamore pot about ten years ago. I was so disappointed with the blah coffee color and the bland grain of the piece that I didn't even bother to sand it, but put it away in a corner to await further inspiration. Recently, it occurred to me that some sort of wood-burned decoration might enhance the piece. This is the result.
