Wow! That is really cool. I still can't figure out how you got the black, recessed area to match the outer profile. If you would like to share, I would really appreciate it.
Hi Matt.....I use a stump cutter on my Flexible shaft to outline the shape I want,then draw a series of vertical lines inside this with the cutter to the depth you want.Then you just eyeball the horizontal cuts between the vertical ones. Then comes the sanding to the proper contour......wont take up more space here,but you can e-mail me if you need more detail....
