Spalted Dogwood Bowl

The 2nd piece from the Dogwood my friend gave me in exchange for a bowl. This piece is about 10 1/2" dia x 9 1/2" deep. There was a black dusty pith area that appeared in the center, and I thought I'd lose the piece, but I kept going and it became solid - with a really cool hole right through in the bottom center. - Comments always welcome.
