Spalted Norway Maple Bowl w/ Beaded Rim

This 5" diameter spalted Norway maple bowl was turned in 2003 and features a bead around the rim. The contrast from the changes that spalting provides is very interesting to look at. Finish is super blond shellac applied and buffed out at the lathe .
