Walnut Chip and Dip

16x7 Walnut chip and dip bowl. The top part is 3" deep and the stand is an additional 3" piece of walnut providing a deep well for the dip. A void in the upper walnut was filled with red colored epoxy.

Nice form Gynia. Do you have a glass or plastic insert for the middle? I think the red epoxy looks good with the natural color.
 
Hi Jeff

The piece is finished with walnut oil so it can be easy renewed. The caviety is large enough that many different sized dip containers can fit though I din't make the caviety to a particular size.
