    This platter's top view, it is 7.75 inches in diameter, Wood is Anigre from Tanzania Africa. The rim is embellished with Copper and Aluminum wire. Finish is Mike Mahoney's Walnut Oil and Wax finishes.

    2.75 dia x 1.25 High. Layered from Brazilian Cherry, Bloodwood, poplar and black veneers. I do not have planer or a drum sander so I used strips of exoctics from wood craft that I had purchased for highlighting segmented bowls.
