    The wood is Honey Locust and Cocobolo. The size is 5.25" dia x 5.5" tall. I used Cocobolo for the collar because I like the color contrast with the Honey Locust. The finish is Danish oil then buffed with white diamond followed by carnauba wax.

    Both the form and the base are Sweet Gum. The form is 4.25" dia x 5.75" tall and has a round bottom. The base is about 6.5" square. The piece was turned, carved and scorched. It's finished with Danish oil and buffed with carnauba wax. The inside is painted gold.
