2007 Symposium and campgrounds

I was just pooking around and noticed that the 2007 Symposium is in Portland, which is close enough for me. I also noted that the was not campground reccomendations posted yet.

Well, since I don't live there, but I do go there, I can make a couple of reccomendations:

The closest is Jantzen Beach RV Park , at only about 7 miles from the Center. WARNING , getting to the site for the Friday AM sessions will be rough, it's a major commute route.

Slightly further away is Pheasant Ridge , at about 17 miles (same warning as above). IMO, this is a nicer park and is close to Camping World and Fry's Electronics

At any rate, that's my input
