Been working with Joshua Friend who is the new editor of American Woodturner. I really like working with him. He's very personable and the way he works with me is very easy. I have a couple of things to straighten out on the photography to make the images more clear to the viewer on the latest article. He has a good eye for picking out these problems and cropping the photos for better understanding. I think he'll be good for the publication.
If you thinking about writing an article send him an e-mail and discuss it with him so you'll know what direction to take. If you need photo help contact me and I'll do all I can. I've worked several people through some issues and improved their photography so they could get published. I think you'll enjoy working with Josh so jump in and don't be afraid to contact me if you need help or advice.
