    Scorched Ash bowl. I used pickling solution on the non scorched areas and a liming wax over the scorched exterior.

    This is the last (for a while) of the series of fluted, dyed and limed ash vessels that I have posted recently. It measures about 9 3/4 inches tall

    Black and White 5205

    This is an ash vase which measures about 9 3/4 inches tall. It has been turned, routed, shaped, dyed and limed. Other "flavours" which are at or near completion include burgundy grape, avocado and blueberry.
