Steve this looks fantastic! What finish did you use? I have been doing some basket illusion turnings for just a short time now and so far I have not found a finish that Iike. I really like the finish on your vase - it shows nice even in the photo.

Much appreciated Gregg! I use a spray finish on all of my basket illusion pieces. This one happens to be a gloss lacquer, but I typically use a matte or satin acrylic.
