Ring holder.
ash, turned on 3 axis, and carved (the spikes were carved in some areas left unturned). sandblasted and scorched, with oil finish.
22cm / 10 1/4" high
I like how the black texture with an old leather look will work with all kind of rings.

A fresh approach to a ring holder. Very nicely done. I like it.

Well done and really well deserved Pascal. Congratulations. Although this seems to be a bad habit, winning I mean

thanks for your comments.
Gary, if you read my description you will see it has been turned. on 3 axis between centers, which creates the twist. and it's ash. so if it's not woodturning I don't know what it is.
