I have a Powermatic 3620B lathe, I want to either build or purchase a fluting system that will make spiral flutes and veins. i am interested in both plans for building my own system or finding out the availability of existing systems. I have a Porter Cable 1 1/2 hp router that I plan to use for the cutting.

I have a Router Crafter, new in the box, from 40 years ago if someone needs one. (the box is fairly beaten up at this point It's been through about 10 moves. It was a gift from my dad when I first got into woodworking, so I've never had the heart to send it to the rummage sale. I've also never really had a use for it.)

Just tried it ... worked fine ... http://jeffsturnedwood.com/

That website has some quirky behavior. Sometimes (or maybe most times) I get a "Page Not Found". And then on rare occasions everything seems to work fine. I think that you might actually be seeing cached web pages on your computer. I'll bet if you cleared your browser's cache files that you would see what Paul sees.

Even though the website is http://jeffsturnedwood.com, if you click on any of the links you get redirected to a different URL: http://ransomjonesband.com. NOTE: I have intentionally disabled the links in this thread because of the potential of a problematic website.
