This wood was given to me from the caretaker of the President Buchanan's property. Middle core of three. approx 11"x2.5". Finished with Mahoney's oil and wax. Comments welcome.

That wood is so beautiful that it looks like it isn’t truly real. Wow! And great job turning it so that the natural beauty is displayed well.
