Triplet #1

Triplet #1

This 6-inch tall vase was turned using a technique known as therming. Therming uses a rotary drum mounted on the lathe to turn multiple spindles suspended on separate centerlines. Wood is cherry with a walnut center section. There were three 'triplets' turned together, so two more 'siblings' will follow. Finish is Watco oil buffed on the Beall system.
I really like these presented as sets Brian; different but definitely siblings! Keep the families together!
