I had a piece come off, and glued it back on with Titebond. I would like to dry the turning in the microwave, will that affect the glue ?

Can you microwave a PVA glue joint?

Call the number on the bottle. These guys love to talk about glue.
My guess is not to do it. If the wood is still wet, you'll be adding steam to the joint. Not good for PVA

You can break a PVA joint by heating with a bot air gun. I have also applied glue to a piece of veneer, let it dry and then reactivate it by heating it with an iron. So heat and PVA glue is not good.
In guitar making the way you undo a tight bond joint is with heat and moisture so not a good idea.
