Welcome new registering member. Your username must be your real First and Last name (for example: John Doe). "Screen names" and "handles" are not allowed and your registration will be deleted if you don't use your real name. Also, do not use all caps nor all lower case.
These are works in progress an some titles are changing additional participants will be named.
Remember to check back often or refer to the symposium handbook when it becomes available.
Rotation schedule grids are now available on the symposium web page.
The one page grid is designed to print on 22x36 paper. It will be displayed around the San Jose Convention Center.
I find it easy to use on line where I can scroll around and zoom in.
The print is quite small unless you have large paper.
The three page grid is a better choice for printing.
Keep in mind these are drafts. Aa few rotations may end up being moved to different rooms and times.
Also some activities such as the craft room schedule and POP auction will be added when their respective details are finalized.
