Looking for a 24 inch tool rest with 1 inch diameter posts five and three quarters long. Also need too rest base to fit this tool rest. must be high enough to accomodate sixteen inch swing.

That is a really long tool rest and the only ones that long that I have seen with two posts are for spindle lathes with swings of about 12 inches. I know of a production turner here who made his own long tool rests using angle iron and bar stock. They weren't pretty, but they were cheap and met his needs.
