I've notice a few posts that have them members name and under it the word banned. What does this mean? If it means banned why can they post, if it mean something else such as primary god or president emeritus it is meaning less.

Correct. We have had a few people who seem to push the issues a bit too far and feel if necessary to continually interject their jabs without adding any value to the conversation. They had been warned once (sometimes more) and continue to push, and since we only have so much patience and have lost our sense of humor ,those people are on 30 day bans, with the next ban resulting in lifetime.
