Curious to ask how long it takes you to complete a bowl or platter? Once it reaches the stage for final turning and finishing .
As you seem to churn them out pretty regularly. And of course size and every piece being
of its own wood qualities and differences and challenges.
I would guesstimate you complete turning in one day and the finishing depends on the
timber you are working with.

MIchael.......I'd say the only bowls that can be second turned in a day, are the smallest bowls with the most simple shape. Probably the average is double that, at around two days. You're right that each piece of wood is different, as well as species. This can make a difference, too!
