Nice job Peter! What kind of jig did you use? Is this a SegmentPro designed piece? I like your pattern!
 
Thanks! The jig i made with a router to make 4 mm holes. I have a aluminum disc with a lot of holes to mount on the lathe. (Paul Howard jig)
The router mounted in a fixture and as accurate as possible i drilled 192 holes in a circle.
I designed it with segment pro.
At the moment the bowl has 2 coats of polyurethane laquer.
I designed a bottompiece that i have to make with all 5 woodspecies used in the bowl as well.
