AAW Winter 2009 Contest

X-mas ornament inside/out turned from black walnut with a spindle turned piece inserted in the center. An iscicle on the bottom and a finial carved in a spiral design similiar to a Stuart Mortimer style.

Nice -- the combination works well for me - The insert spindle could be a contrast and perhaps be more of an eye catcher. Finish looks good too. Very nice effect.
