Alligator Juniper Burl

It has been some time since I posted anything and thought I would get a few pieces posted today. This is the largest alligator juniper burl I have turned to date at about 10 wide by 10 high. Finished with CA.
Beautiful piece of wood and finish. Outstanding! How do you finish something that large with CA glue? I can't imagine how.

Tom - Using CA to finish a piece takes a lot of CA. I build it with the thin to start then medium thin, medium back to medium this to finish. This piece probably has about 5 oz of CA on it. The problem with using CA on a piece this size if you sand through it, it becomes a costly mistake.
