Apple Vase/Hollow Form

I planted this tree 17 years ago. Never once even flowered. The Sapsuckers have been pecking away at it for years now. So, I cut it down... I was getting ready to haul the whole thing off and decided to try a turning from the trunk. I fought it the whole time but did complete it. Just don't look at the bottom plug. Not my best on the bottom but still pretty. 5.5"x17.5" finished with linseed oil and Mahoney's Walnut Oil Wax.
