Aspen and Wenge Sphere box

This segmented aspen and wenge box is 4” in diameter and sits on a turned wenge base. The top is a loose fitting top given the absence of anything else to hold when opening. There are 16 segments per ring and was turned by hand (no jig). This was turned for the box exchange and the recipient was Peter van Rijssen.
