B&W Pinstriped Vessel

This piece of tight grain oak was sandblasted, dyed black and limed. My goal was to maximize the contrast between black and white in a pinstriped pattern. The texture also looks like a screen mesh pattern.

Finish: Sandblasted, dyed & waxed.
