Bimble Box Burl Bowl (top)

First time working with this amazing wood. I neglected to take into account the weight of the piece when I mounted it by the mortise, and it flew off the lathe and broke off part of the mortise. Glued it back in and pulled up the tailstock to finish it. Definitely held my breath during the final cuts :-)
