Box Elder Vase

approx 6" dia x 6.25" tall - some subtle red in the Box Elder, and some nice spalting
This is a fairly thin walled, light piece. I was going to make a colar for it (maybe of wenge?) but now I'm not sure.
Any and all feedback welcome.
HI Scott
I think it should stay without the collar. Thats my first impression and when I came back to look again still the same opinion. Its a beautiful piece as is and sometimes thats the way it should be. Just my opinion (humble one to)
Take care best from Jeff

Beautiful shape and beautiful wood. I like the bold wide mouth and shoulder. Exciting looking piece. Makes a srong statement.
