I saw Pat Carroll demonstrate this in Atlanta in 2016, finally tried one. About 8 inches diameter, 2.5 inches high.

thanks! Your handouts published in the symposium guide got me about 80% there. I had to make some educated guesses to finish it off. If I make another one I think it will be a little easier.
