Cherry Burl HF

This burl looks like it is "premature" to me.
When I first found this one, I ripped the section. The burl didn't have the eyes I normally see, just the jellyfish-like "scallops" (don't know how else to describe them.
This piece was the only one with a serious inclusion the way I cut it. I like the hole that was left. The base is a little thick, I started to worry about stability.

Diameter: 4 3/8 inches
Height: 5 1/4 inches
Finish: Mineral Oil, Bee's Wax oil sanded to 2000
