Chutes de Bois

A couple of pieces made from wood scraps. The small natural edge bowl is the fourth core from an elm burl and is about 7 1/2” x 2”. The flower is from a scrap of elm burl cut off to make a bowl blank. The stem and base are Maple and African Blackwood scraps. It is 8” tall and both items were finished with Danish oil. The name is French for wood scraps, I think it sounded better. :)
