Celebration- Lift your Spirits

This piece is yet another reliquary with a screw-on container under the top. The vessel walls are about 1/8" thick. The tricky part was getting the holes drilled at the correct angles so the brass pins would line up right.

It's made of amboyna burl, wenge, maple and brass. It's 15"Wx17"Hx4"D.

Alan, your stuff is truly SICK (my highest compliment!). Totally unique, very well done and extremely pleasing to the eye. The hidden surprises are always fun too. Must be fun for the eventual owners to show off to their viewing guests. Another masterpiece. Always look forward to seeing your work.
