Branching Out

I haven't posted any work on here for ages and so I thought I would share this with you. I made it some time ago It is made from Sycamore and is about 230mm x 90mm the Branches were carved using saburr tooth cutters then textured using a variety of burrs and a pyrography machine. Finished in oil The base is also textured and left natural to differentiate between the "branch" and the "ground"
