Here is my latest turning, made from Pear, hollowed, pierced, and painted with acrylic paints topped with an Ebony finial. Approx. 14" high. I spent a lot more time on the smaller veins with this piece.
Those leaves look great! The overall piece is super! I’m curious as to the impeccable surface on the interior of the vessel; is this sanded in any way after piercing or is this just outstanding tool skills?
