Can you also explain your hollowing process that achieved the thin uniform wall thickness, plus how did you sand the enterior?
 
Can you also explain your hollowing process that achieved the thin uniform wall thickness, plus how did you sand the enterior?
The hollowing process was about 1100 rpm with Trent Bosch hollowing system. Followed up with a tear drop scraper. That said I still had several tool marks on the inside that required careful "hand" sanding with a 2" diameter pneumatic sander.
 
Talk about a knee knocker Jason…I want to put a band aid on just looking at this beauty, lol! Outstanding effort!!
