Open segmented vessel with floating bottom and closed segmented rim. Bloodwood, Maple, Purpleheart, Tarara (Red Canary), Walnut, Wenge and Yellowheart. 12"x12"x12". Rim and base have 24 segments with the body having 48 segments per row. *Wipe-on poly finish
My sweet Jesus. Beautiful. I wonder how many non-woodturners would look at that and not realize how incredibly detailed and tedious the work must have been, not to mention how exact. Wonderfully done.
